Looks like those "Good Times Country Man" cigars are all sold out!

    What the heck?

So today I had another Nicaraguan 2nd Gordo with a Cameroon wrapper. It was the same as the first, super easy draw almost like I wasn’t even drawing on a cigar, the taste was less than desirable. I pitched it out the window about 1/2 way. Totally unimpressed with these so far, maybe some time (a lot of time ) in the coolidor will help them out.

damm the luck. Where you looking to buy another box or just browsing ?

Apparently folks heard that those cigars got your seal of approval & they sold out like hotcakes, lol.

I think maybe folks just figured out they were a pretty darn good cigar at a very good price. I am glad I bought mine when I did & my daughter bought my son & I that other box for Father’s Day.

    Right!!??

Maybe we shouldn't give our thumbs up here in a public forum! I mean, that's probably the reason why Cao stopped production of the La Traviata Maduro. Once Chvymn99 gave it his stamp of approval, they just couldn't keep up with the demand!

yooperdave ... Much better with a little chillin' time in the cigar lounge... Seemed to have less of a bite to it... or maybe it was the trigger time, but much better...

Finding I really enjoy a Drew Estates Tabak Especial and wondered if anyones ever tried their factory smokes sweets? Wondered if they’re similar enough to enjoy as a bargain smoke.
Had some friends over and gave one drew estates sweeter ones with a lighter wrapper and he liked it.

these are what I’m wondering about

I believe I have some of those, I will have to look. If o recall correctly I believe I bought 4 of them in Des Moines. It seems as though I had one & wasn’t overly impressed but I could be mistaken.

It’s ok, very uneven burn, draw is a bit tough on this one, flavor is decent. Do you want me to send you my last one ? I can put a few of those Country Man Maduros in to make shipping worth it. At least you will have an idea of what they are like before buying any if you like it.

If you don’t want that last one, that’d be fine. But as “cost effective” as these are, I may grab some sometime otherwise.
    thanks for the report!:handshake:

Also my mood somewhat soured while having this one as the hail started falling. Mostly pea sized for about 5 minutes but soured my mood so that may have had an effect on my thoughts of it also. Supposed to get rather ugly here within the next couple hours.

I will get them boxed up & sent out Monday.
