Good to hear from you once again! Back around 5 years or so ago, I ordered some tattoo (5 pak) per your recommendation. Didn't like the one I had, pretty much forgot about them in the coolidor. Last year, I had another and could not believe the difference! In the meantime, I think I may have given a couple away.

Either it aged very well or y tastes have become more "refined".

I re-read some of the posts from 5 years ago and can only shake my head in disbelief/disgust at what I used to order! :picard:

I have a bundle of Nicaraguan Boutique overruns that I had ordered back then that I still don't like. Since the time I ordered them from CI, they have stopped offering them and I can't find the info or even an image of the bundle anywhere!

BTW, thanks again for starting this thread Matt!

The Connecticut broad leaf out of that factory used to be magic! It has slowly died off in flavor, so no wonder they switched! I am not a fan of the Mexican wrapper as it leaves the worst day after taste that lingers for days. I have a few boxes of TAAs (14,15,16,17) and 10 2012 singles left so I should be good for a few years.

Always looking to share and exchange knowledge sir. I think your palate and the cigar have both changed concerning the tattoo. They make a cigarillo version called the needle that is tasty quick smoke.

Ugh, agreed. I loved the original TAA tat and the broadleaf, but, it did not seem to age well. It was good for 6mo then 2 years in it was meh IMO. I’m actually looking forward to a wrapper change this year. I don’t hate the San Andreas. Time will tell.

    Hey Matt.....

Looks like c-bid bought out Thompson? I think Thompson is all auctions now.... but same format as c-bid. Some prices are a little lower; probably because not many know about it yet?

So what’s the verdict it on this painting? I had this done a few years back by a somewhat beginner artist. I think he did a good job. Love the clown zombie and VSU smoke cloud. Hoping this is with billions in 10 years!

Cigars international own allot of companies but I don't think Thompson is one of them. I don't see mention of that anywhere on the www. Maybe they are feeling the pressure and decided to let their prices?

I can't believe you can still get them but not at the $76 price tag CI is asking. They age so we'll.

Litto Gomez Small Batch 2 with a single barrel eagle rare. Put a cube in it cause it was a little hot being I just opened it today.

It's a shame they discontinued this line.
