I occasonially burn one when I am fishing in the summer. Does keep the bugs away. Usually cheap stuff from the gas station. Gotta look at upgrading eventually...

And that's pretty much just exactly how I started out! I ran low and stopped by a gas station and thought of checking their cigar prices while I was there. Holy Crap! :bug: Cheaper and better to order from a catalog/internet.

Any advice on supliers and cigars to order? Not looking for high dollar. Something decent to enjoy out in the bush.

Redneck-Myself, I started out with Thompsoncigar and than switched to Cigarsinternational. I will order from thompson whenever I see a cheap bundle package in order to get the extras such as this:

    http://www.thompsoncigar.com/produc...ERHOUSE-COMBO-TORO-PLUS-ACCESSORIES/87487.uts

but I think that Cigars international is a bit less expensive...and better IMO. There is also a site called Cigarbid that you can get some even better prices on cigars if the bids don't get too high

That is one hard website to navigate... no thanks

At www.cigarmonster.com/ use "BOTLORG" at checkout get 15% off and if you are signed up for ebates 5% CB
www.cigarsinternational.com/ and www.cigarbid.com are the same company cigarbid is just that a bidding site and if you have patients and know what you are doing major deals are to be had DONT OVERBID!! Check other sites prices before bidding
www.holts.com/category.html?id=201663 High noon deal sometimes has some GREAT deals... if you can catch them before they sell out.

The majority of the time I call my buddy Rahul who owns a shop and gives me the best deals on the smokes I want. Enjoy the slippery slope fellas!!

Me bad! Want to start smoking a cigar without having to go outside...long cold winter and I finally found a cigar I enjoy. Do you think if I install a typical fart fan (bath fan) it would be ok down in the workshop? If I had an area sectioned off just for that purpose? What do you other stoogie smokers use for the winter time?

Sadly so far I still go outside to smoke
My wife will not let me smoke inside as it bothers her occasionally I will smoke in the finished garage with a window open but since cigars have such a strong smell there have to be a lot of drinks flowing for me to get away with that. I'm trying to talk her into turning the dining room into a scotch and cigar room but I need to find a way to control the smell of the stogies before that happens.

In your setup is it possible to smoke with the wood stove door open to draw the smoke up?

Wild, if you're asking me, I could smoke with the door open on the stove and 99lbs would have absolutly no problem with that and there would be zero chance of any smoke smell in the house. Easy fix right? You see, I have an OWB:D. (Yeah, I know...smartee) Even when I'm at the cottage with the nc-13, I won't smoke inside since the smell lingers so long. I have an older f-150 that has been attacked by "rust moths" and I've smoked in there with the window open while driving...still too much of a lingering for my tastes.

Pretty much nailed it there, Bob. I won't get that harsh of a reaction as you describe, but I don't like the lingering after smell. As far as your plow truck goes, I think mine will be in that condition this winter/spring!

Really dave? When I smoke in the car its usually gone the next day (I even smoke in rental cars). Make sure the cars vent is on fresh air and not recirculate and crack the window overnight.
