I was thinking it was something like that. I remember seeing a video of Nick Perdomo talking about the brand. A lot of folks seem to like them.
Beautiful day here in VA guys!!!! Taking a little break from stacking some wood. Figured I have myself a cigar in the shop.
My breaks from stacking usually last a couple weeks or so, at least. Lol When I was on vacation at the end of '23, I took down 2 trees, bucked, split, and had it stacked, within a week. Not sure what caused that, but that was an anomaly. Looks like a good way to spend the break. Edit: It's nice out west today too. 65 degrees and not much of a wind.
Best friends dad dropped these off. We golf together and i believe he may like me more than his real sons. LOL.
KSPlainsman we'll be expecting a review of those perdomo anniversary maduros...... I had a la palina 90+ maduro seconds and a CI coffee on sunday afternoon. I don't know what was used to flavor/coat the ci coffee but man, it's been months and months (years) since I got them and the cellophane that they are in is nothing but brown! The coating must be coming off! I smoked them in my fish shack.....way too much 2nd hand smoke for me. The little wood stove I have in there warmed it up to 74 inside the shack. Still waiting for my order from the page that I placed a week and a half ago.......
Tracking of cigar delivery was working today. The order I made a week and a half ago got delivered.............to a town about an hour away! I guess if I'm lucky, they could be here tomorrow but probably on fri..... I placed another order; hope this one does better.
Having a flathead steel horse, while burning splitter scraps. My order with cigarbid is about nine days late now. Finally got confirmation that it shipped today.
Order arrived yesterday..................finally! No telling if the other one shipped yet since the temperamental usps site is not functioning again. Yesterday's ride resulted in the last one of a 5-pak I bought quite some time ago. Out of the 5 of these, I enjoyed one, I had them for some time as evidenced by the stained cellophone .
55° beautiful day for a few garage cigars and woodworking. Perdomo 10th Sungrown and a Alec Bradley Project 40 Maduro.
Had a Perdomo Lot 23 Maduro on the way back yo town today. Fantastic cigar! Lots of flavor, but not spicy. I'll be buying a box of these. Thanks Jim.
With the warmer temps, the blower motor isn't currently running. So............I am enjoying a Free Will in my basement workshop with only the fart fan being able to exhaust the smoke. No complaints from 99 lbs who is watching TV upstairs........yet! About 1/3 done and I likey! Whoever it was that recommended these, thanks! I have tarps from the ceiling sectioning off a 5' X 8' area just over the workbench. The fart fan is above the bench and exhausted to the outside (of course). Seems to work well enough.
..........well, I made it to the 1/2 way point before the "alert" was sounded from upstairs. Free Will is out. Guess I need a stronger fan.
