Ya Kevin, weather here in VA has been crazy. Been sunny all day and around 72, but I’ll take it my friend.

Really haven’t had to build too many fires with weather like this. But it’s all good, it’s css and ready for whenever.

This Onyx has a great burn but no real flavor, at least to me. The ash held on for about 1/3 of the cigar. It was nice to try a different cigar but I wouldn’t buy any of them.
After the La Herencia & Ramon Bueso this is just a cigar. I am glad that I fat fingered when buying the Ramons, I got 10 instead of 5. I will definitely try to score more of them.

Hey Chvymn99 I forgot to tell you.....Stepson and his family got me this gift for Christmas. I'm waiting until warm weather and sitting outside to use it for the first time.

Kinda wondering how it'll work for sipping being that it is a square glass.....:headbang:

We live about 1hr away, it was my wife’s valentines gift. It’s a little town called afton, that has 10-15 winery’s. And a couple distillery on the back road. Silverback, flying fox and blue moon brewery is out favorite. 526E7F0B-67A9-4D75-8F26-DEE1159AE9BB.jpeg

The pork on the nachos was right in point Kevin!!!!! I’m pretty sure these guys buy thier pork from an old man down the road. He is always at the old country store smoking a hog when we up this way. My wife rolled down her window, and smiled and said we almost there. You can smell it from a ways away. Old man be out there with his bib overalls, big plug of chewing tobacco and his smoker.

I’m not real sure Kevin, but looks like that old man took a oil drum and split it. You remember how the houses use to have oil drums beside the house on a stand. Looks to me he took one and split it.

There is a small town about an hour away from us that is named Afton, I used to take my wife to a restaurant there for Valentines Day & her birthday. The joint has since closed, I don’t know if they have any wineries though, lol.

Cigars being what they are, it's always seemed odd to me when I run across a flavorless cigar.

I was really looking forward to this one, maybe the flavors were very subtle & my pallet isn’t refined enough to taste but it certainly seemed flavorless to me. Granted I would place it well above 90% of the Gurkhas I have had.
