I am thinking about tying to put chainsaw chains in them just so things don’t get all tangled up. I am not sure they will fit but some of the bigger tins one might hold a 16”- 18” chain.
That's a perfect idea. A guy could even make a little chainsaw kit with the thicker ones I have. Extra plug, bar nuts, carb screwdriver. I always carry 2 saws and don't really do field repairs, but it's another idea. Maybe use a tin for ear plugs, depending on what type a guy uses.
I have used those little tins for the tackle box. Its easier for me to grab hooks out of those as compared to the danged plastic baggies they sell hooks in.
Another good idea. I tested out a smaller one and it's about perfect. Of course any size would work. I only put in 1 dollar, so yooperdave doesn't think I'm rich too. Lol
Here's today's haul from CI and CB. I ordered another 25 of Cohiba Black's and Red Dots, because 85 bucks was too good to not buy 2 a piece. Then I got 2, 15 packs of my favorite, Montecristo Platinums. That was from CB. Then I got the AJ Fernandez The Chose One Sampler and the Son of a Nutcracker Mega Sampler from CI. Seems my theory about ordering either bundles, or boxes only might work. These were all bundles and the boxes were perfect.
I also decided to test out one of my hygrometers and see if it's still on. I have 2 more of these coming for the foot lockers, since I needed one and the one I was using in my first foot locker was off and couldn't be adjusted.
I think I'm going to upgrade my Cigar room seating... I've been internet searching, went to a furniture store this afternoon... Window shopped... Now to do some searching... But currently my sitting is a outdoor lounge chair that I bought at Walmart in the fall on discount back in 2007 ... Its served its purpose, but its starting to stretch up weight... ... and not as comfortable as it use to be...
Kinda of sorta... But I want recliner... and cup holders... They have a few that are reasonable prices... But I noticed today they may look nice, but they were not so nice sitting in.... So a book should never be judged by its cover...
