Buts that's kinda of the fun / enjoy part of smoking cigars. Is that nobodies palate is the same, smoking circumstances differ, what food, what liquid and a persons attitude/mood can alter the smoking experience.

Never can say I've had a Torano. But I found Vega 5, and Diesels are very good $3 & 4 dollar smokes.

Im not knocking you personally for smoking those brands and I actually agree that Diesel makes a pretty good smoke... I just found I like the cigars I smoke enough to not want to try anything else.

I have a few years back.... Mostly only small companies will sell direct. There is a small factory on LI, I've bought from them. Funny you bring it up, I was searching for a new larger Humidor for myself this morning and the LI shop hat makes their own came up.

Speaking of that, where's a good deal on a good "LARGE" humidor. I have 2 of the regular sized ones, about 10" x 7" x 6" tall or so. I want to combine them and have some more room left. Any good places for them? The ones on Amazon look awesome but most have terrible reviews: "Doesn't seal...".

I am sure that all the cigar suppliers also offer humidors. Here is a link from CI asking for offers on different sizes of them.

Don't know if they get real busy at times or if it is my computer. It just refuses to load; it has happened a couple 2-3 times. Not the end of the world-probably just saving me $ anyway!

The other day I ordered from a small factory in Costa Rica which does direct selling. A sample pack was shipped and should take about two weeks to get here. Don't know the factory and never had a Costa Rican made cigar. Could be a good or bad choice. We'll see.

If anyone's interested. Here's the link.

I used to go to Costa Rica surfing all the time. They have some really good cigars, and some really bad cigars. So like any others, you have to know the good ones..... I used to, but don't anymore, haven't been back in a while.

Have been to CR twice. Loved it. Smoked only Cubans when we were there. Will let you know how these sticks are.

What usually ends up happening to me is I buy a couple and toss them in my fishing bag. I'll enjoy one then end up forgetting about the rest. When I go to use them they a junk.

I bought a box of these in hopes they will help with that problem.

I was on a fishing trip in November and another guy there was smoking a cigar. I asked him where he got it, and his reply was "I found it in my coat pocket. I haven't worn this jacket since last years fishing trip, I forgot I left one in here!"

He didn't complain about the taste, but I can't imagine it was a very good smoke!

Those tattoos are great but be warned they pack a punch of nicotine and flavor. The other two are very mild in comparison and would be good morning smokes.
