    Not wood related but very special to me is this Christmas tree skirt. Our daughter started this over a year ago and I got to see the start of it as a Christmas present last year. this year it came almost completed. She has done all this in counted cross-stitch which won't mean too much to all of you but it is quite complicated to do.

    My wife spoiled me with a new x27, needed to retire the old splitting maul with the flying head.
    I got some new magazine extensions for the Glock 26 and a new slide lock/release button
    and lastly 2 new gun safes. I asked for one and got 2. I can actually put them in two different places in the house.
