    I got a master built electric smoker and char broil big easy lets hear some tips and techniques for using them.

    I dont know about the smoker but the big easy is great cook anything you want to in it. I love my BE Ive cooked turkeys, chickens, leg of lamb, pork butts, venison, and beef in it. Experiment with it and have fun. Check out the charbroil forums theres not much activity there but its a good place to find new recipes and ideas for the BE. Oh and dont forget to invite everyone over for dinner:)
