My Business is a separate Corp. and rents from my LLC. We are trying to figure out if including the business as part of the LLC sale will help lower my taxes as part of the sale won't be on the land. I know my CPA he goes to a gym everyday says it helps relieve the stress and I tell him all the time, "Danny all you have to do is come by my place work an hour a day doing firewood and you won't have to pay for a gym plus your mind will be filled with thinking of better, quicker and easier ways to process firewood" Ever go to sleep thinking of easier ways and less steps to getting your firewood up?
