Hello all It's been a while since I've had time to hit the site and catch up. Just wanted to give you guys an update on the job and life. My new job is going well. The people are great to work with. Driving has been a bit of a challenge. Though I am now able to work from home 1 to 2 days per week. As soon as I started, I established myself rather quickly and started to make a positive impact. These weekend they are performing a disaster recovery test. Which is where I sit right now. As you know, softball is in full swing. My 10U team that I manage finished up their spring league yesterday. They have improved a great deal. In two weeks we have they have their first of two tournaments. My older daughter's team is playing wonderfully. Three weekends ago, they had their first tournament. In which the team came together and played at the level to compete at the upper levels of their age group. Last weekend they had another tournament, which the outcome was not as good, but the performance remained consistent. Managing one team and helping coach the second team has really taxed my free time this spring. After last springs experience, I said I'd not do that ever again. Yet here we are. I couldn't say no to the team manager of my older daughter's team. They are a great group, and I've learned a great deal from them. I hope all is going well with everyone on the site. Most likely I'll get a spot here or there between now and August when summer softball breaks for a couple of weeks. Jason

Good luck with both teams this year. The kids benefit so much from sports, and it seems your league is big, so lots of kids learning great life skills while having fun. So good of you to put in so much time Jason...
Glad you come on to post occasionally Jason and really glad the new job is working out good for you. That one had me a bit concerned. As for the leagues, let us not forget most of it is for fun and growth! Sounds like they are doing well at it too.

Was thinking about that boettg33 We are playing Rockem Shockem in Johnston RI first weekend of August. I was wondering if you would be around there at some level.
