My quick and cheap cover for stacks is slab wood from a saw mill. I buy a few bundles of slab wood a year. I cut it up into stove length pieces but leave a few of the widest pieces longer than the rest. Then I just place the big slabs on top of my stacks kinda like roof tiles. I burn them with the rest of the wood when a stack is gone.

Have any mines around? Gravel pits, coal or limestone? Their old conveyor belt, while heavy, works great. They usually have it laying around and are happy to get rid of it.

Rainking63 that’s a great idea. Let the stack serve as the walls and pallets on top with cover over pallets for the roof. That may work for me.
