    Saw this on youtube the other day and thought it was an interesting idea for someone wanting to take to the next level and stay somewhat woods portable. Runs on an 880 powerhead - not included for $12k:eek:

    Wow....for 12k you can pick up a pretty nice Woodmiser band mill that's on wheels.....and get a lot more lumber a LOT faster......but that thing is cool!

    My neighbor has something similar to that, sans power head, he was willing to sell me for $5 grand. But a brand new 10HP HudSon Oscar portable band mill can be had for under 4, and they're made in Upstate NY.
