Like clemsonfor said same as husky there good saws just rebranded now i dont know if all are swedish made just like the lower part of the line that husky makes poulan helps husky make there cheaper more homeowner saws
Heres a updated pic with all my saws in but still need to get my stihl ms250 in there its the three homelites and the 1 pioneer 1074
Those Homelite Super EZ saws bring back a ton of memories! Growing up we cut a lot of wood with them!
Awesome got them for free so couldent beat it they didnt run but got 2 outta 3 running so far cut a few chunks witj one tonight and boy it cuts thanks bud
And clemsonfor i had to swap a coil on the one after seeing the price on ebay for a used coil my jaw almost broke when it dropped like almost 200 bucks
I needed a coil on my husky372 found them on ebay china copies for like $15 I just swapped one out of my parts saw as well!
Well thats good that u got parts saws also the prices on some of these saw parts today make u wonder if its even worth it or just to buy a new one
I learned something odd. I had a guy who parts saws out on ebay tell me that a stihl saw is worth 1.5-2x its retail cost in parts. He buys new saws and tears them down to part out on ebay. He told me he bought something crazy like $19k that year in saws at the dealer he uses!!!!
So clemson since im talkin to yah bout saws my stihl ms250 is brand new hasnt even seen a tree yet i heard there versatile little saws do u have ne expierence with em ? Any tips with em?
Wow thats insane i beleive it too seems the parts r worth more than the stihl saw at rimes dependin on what saw model u got
I parted one out and used one a few times at work. Thats my experience with them...sorry. MasterMech is who you need to ask. But he said that they are probably one of the beat saws for your money stihl use to have. They have raised their price on them recently so not sure about that statement anymore? He I think has done a muffler modd on one to squeeze out more power. I can't remember for sure though?
Its pretty much the same for anything old or used but new is kind of strange? Like look at junk trucks. May sell for $600 but then they sell the trans for that and the engine for that a door for $55 hood for $55 tires/rims for $40 each!
Very true especially down this way partin out vehicles seems to turn a good penny thanks for the info bud
