JBYB! I was inquiring about a Husky 346 on FBM last weekend and would seriously consider buying a 564 once they are for sale in the states.

 

I've just really been wanting one of Kevin's saws and he happened to have this one for sale. Also got on the list to send him my 500i for some xtra sausage.

 

Ok ported Husky! When did you get a 500? New/used?

I should port my 241 and/or 400.

 

Picked up a low use 500i a few months back. Really smooth cutting saw in my opinion.

What are your thoughts on it?

 

Revs up fast and is Smooth in the cut. I don't mind the suspension that some find too soft.

I was at the local OPE dealer Monday buying some 2 cycle oil and got sticker shock at some of the Stihl prices.

 

New is steep. I was kicking around the thought of a new 400 until this 365 came into play. Glad it did

 

400 is a sweet saw. Gonna be obsolete once the 400.1 hits the states. If you see a decent used one at a good price grab it.

Interesteing - a left-handed chainsaw. Bet there would be a market for those!

 

I spotted one from my office window in back of a customer's pickup Wednesday. Looked well used but not BTS. No, I did not run out and make an offer.

(what's he doing looking in people's truck beds?!) When I look upon the parking lot it is from a window 2-1/2 stories up. At first thought was a 357 but used binocs to verify.

 

The price of rims is ignorant these days. It’s cheaper to by the 10 pack. $30 shipped. Some places ask over $10ea!

 

Where did you find that deal, if you don't mind my asking?
