    Johnsered 670 .jpg
Got an ol 670 Champ Jonsered that I used for several years and after realizing you can't hardly find parts for it ( and it's at the point where it could probably use a few, cut timber with it for about 8 years..) I polished it up and bought that Stihl. I still get the Jonsered out from time to time because I love old saws, but that 500 is a nice saw to me.

Yep, you have the 2nd gen, with upgrade air filter. Ours does ok, I think it was the 2nd or 3rd 362 Kevin had done.
I would like for you to run that XS4910, it will definitely put a smile on your face...never believe it's a 50cc saw.

I’ve cut a LOT of firewood with that saw. My favorite.

I have an XS 357xpg, haven’t run it enough to say whether I like it better than the XS 346xp or not.

I sold what I would consider a very well ported 346 to fund my square grinder. No regrets but I’d sure like to have another. Issue is, I have a worked over Jonsered 2150 so my desire would be the ported 346 top end on it, just don’t think it’d be a huge difference, so I’m content.
Wish I could do some serious cutting with the XS and DD back to back. @ a gtg, mine was neck and neck with an ec one.

Lots of trees down around here. I only have a dozen or so on my property. Roads were blocked for a while, power was out over a week in the area. 30 minutes east at my wifes parents house very little damage and no power outage. That's where we stayed. 30 minutes north and west is where all the flooding started. Worst real damage I had was a big power surge when the power was restored. Took out the kitchen stove, ceiling fan, a TV, 2 surge protectors and the modem. Insurance won't pay for surges.

Glad ya'll are safe, but sorry to hear about the property damage.
Our little town was ok, lost several trees on our property as well. Town where I work 10 miles away had lots of trees down, some places in the county were out of power for over a week.

Uhh.. some will laugh and some will cry here.

I had some brass motor grader slider plates. I originally thought they were bronze, oh well. I made some brass Dawgs for the 400. Sometimes I have more time than money, and I do what I want anyway.

They will look better after a good finish over and polish. Vanity is a sin.

Pictures of finished, also small factory dog, and some fleabay dogs that were too big for what I do.
