Never messed with one of these before, even the 170 I had used the regular clutch cover. Anyone know how the tensioning wheel is attached?

Flip it over, the tension wheel can be removed, just compress the end of the stud that sticks through and push it out.

Thanks for the info. Flipped it over and nothing protruding through the slot. Cleaned the bar off and found a set screw that attached to the back of the wheel. I will look through my tubs of bars for a replacement tomorrow.

Are you looking to convert it to a standard tensioner? Or does your 180 have the tool-less clutch cover. (Flippy handle on it)

Tool less, and it will stay that way as I don't want to dump money into it.

Took the dog to the vet this morning. I passed my favorite saw shop on the way, and had this little puppy follow me home... :saw::saw:

Ya can't go wrong with either the MS 660 or the MS 661 both are real power house saws. My MS 460's are my favorite saw's of all.:saw::saw:------ A 460 with a 20'' bar will put a smile on your face.:D

No typo here, unless I would of asked you if you traded your grandberg for a bevel file. Lol
