    What air filter is that? I can't find a K&N locally that fits my 298xp. I don't want to order the wrong size online.

    You'll need a v-stack and a 2" ID Uni filter. You can get the v-stack from CCC on eBay. They bolt directly to the 288 inlet neck.

    Okay thanks. I don't want to put a velocity stack on it. The way the 298x is, I could mount a better filter with the paper pleats if I could find the right size diameter. I might have to go that route though

Got one of the EZ’s repaired and running . The other one has ignition problems ,so I'll dig into it after I get the mini mac sorted .
    The mini mac needs a carb rebuild . Wierd way to put a saw together . It’s going to be interesting to reassemble .
