    Thunderstorm,sirens,tornado warning,weather radio going nuts is nothing when waiting for that UPS truck Wednesday evening around 530PM....;) :dex::ups:

    Originally from some small town municipal water works near Valencia,CA this scarce 940 with gear drive for earth auger. Their last & smallest 2 man saw - share same 6.3 cube/103cc engine as the 790,795,890 & 895 saws.Produced September 1963 to July 1971.I have a 10 inch auger already with my huge model 99 two man saw that's interchangeable.However the 99 transmission is much larger,it wont fit the smaller 940 saw.     Jonsered saws/accessories and various other items that help make firewood gathering/processing easier.
    4 cords stacked out back and 4 - 5 worth in chunk form stacked between trees in wood lot.

    i recently (6 months ago) bought a Husqvarna 435 16inch bar 40cc 2 stroke thinking it'd be a good starter ..... though i generally am not scared of tools and the other power saws i have, chainsaws command my respect and to some degree scare me... [​IMG]
