    I bought this Jonsered CS 2258 for my son a few weeks back. We weren't really looking for a new saw, but with the rebate Jonsered's running right now, I couldn't not buy it. He's been trying very hard to wear it out!

    Jonsered's were fairly popular in my area. Now they're giving a few of their pro saws to the Redmax name. The Jonsered saws are going to be lower end box store saws for now at least. Redmax will have some box store type saws as well.

    I have a NE 346XP which believe the 550XP replaced. I love my 346. It's my favorite saw.
