    I tried an 8 pin on my MS 441 CM with a 20" bar. It handled it but, it was tiring to run. I had to pay very close attention to the RPMs because it was very easy to bog down. IMO it would be dangerous for felling.

    The 441 handles .325 9 pin very well. I'm not sure if it is faster than a 3/8 7.

    I should probably go through my saws and look at the rims don’t really give them a whole lot of thought as to how worn is really worn.

    I prefer it mainly for limbing & bucking smaller stuff. If I'm bucking 20" + I grab something with more power. :saw:
