Ok, so Im planning on riding in and tent camping, i'd like to buy a hammock tent before the event. Is there a place at the site of the GTG to tent camp?
I'd like to come in for the day. I can do a day trip from here in Johnstown or stay over at my mom's in Hollidaysburg. (My health is shot right now so I'll just be there to BS and hang out.) My wife might come along but nothing definite there.
Depending on the weather I'm hoping to have camping in the field where we are doing everything hopefully I can get the corn stalks chopped up enough. If need be I can pull stuff out of my equipment shed and have stuff in there if we need shelter from weather. Briank that is perfectly fine all are welcome and do as they please.
Don't be silly, the brotherhood only uses them for stacks. The next question was going to be do you have trees.... Just need two trees, about 20' apart.
I have 2 black powder cannons. One shoots .50 ball, the other is a golf ball mortar. It needs a backstop or a large wide open area to shoot either. It's not a potato canon but I'm willing to bring it along.
Don't know anything about a potato cannon shoot I don't have one. We have a large slate bank where we shoot guns it makes a great backstop should be able to use a cannon there. The area around it is kind of junky but y'all will have to overlook it, my pap has been a junk man for over 60yrs and the farm shows it someday I'll get it cleaned up.
You're gonna have a couple dozen guys show up with several high-performance chainsaws each. You'd be lucky if the mailbox is left standing.
He is scared of my mom so he walks a thin line when here. I put a big dent in them this fall clearing for a pipeline that's coming through. My 562xp got a workout and now with its new stablemate 2166 mastermind enhanced trees might get scarce. Now the 288xp will have to go under the grinding stone.
I've been saying I was going to cut it off with my echo abrasive wheel saw so I can try out my new welder to put it back together.
