I would imagine there will be room for you Mark. It was a good time last year, the weather was a little rough but it didn't dampen the enthusiasm.

 

Chris and scottys help with the chicken saved me last year. It was a rough day for a picnic. This year I plan to light the fire early and have it done early.

I was thinking about adding a rain date just in case....

 

As of right now I should be able to make it. I can bring a 10x10 popup canopy along with a real nice green sauce that goes great with chicken - Jalapeno, garlic, cilantro salt and a couple other ingredients and some kind of cold side item like mac salad. I'm figuring 3ish hours to drive up Sat AM so could be there by 9AM to help with stuff. I'll pm for the address.

 

The displacement that you get when using this stroker crank. It was a very popular engine build for Volkswagen at one time. I was going to build one but never followed thru with it.

 

Ahhh.. lol. I know vw air cooled! I missed something and thought we were tanking chainsaws.

No need for the pop-up but the food and help are welcome! The chicken is pretty sauced but that sounds yummy. Looking forward to it.

 

I'd like to drop in for a few hours. I'm no chef but I'm perfectly capable of stopping at the store and filling some gaps. mike bayerl you up for a short trip?

I can't edit my first post, but I have a tenative list....which is getting large. Lol.

I'll see if I can get one of the mods to post it up there or something. I'd like to post who's bringing what with the names to get it organized. Last year guys brought some great food and I'd like to keep it that way. .
