Sorry to hear that Jack Straw

Hope it passes "smoothly", as if there's such a thing.

Never had one, don't want one.

Well I went into GTG mode today . Curtis and I went across the river and dropped 8 or 10 ash trees so we will have a small log pile to cut on. I don't need any wood but I know you folks like to run saws. This afternoon Chad and I went and got my pig spit from a friend's barn. I ordered a half of a hog to put on the spit for Sat. night . I think I'm ready. :)

    Looking forward to the GTG.

Pig on a spit is way better than spit on a pig.

Are we all getting stoked for GTG? I am.
Got the MS250 out today to go over it. I knew I had problems but didn't realize the extant.
My son borrowed it to help clear the right-of-way for his train club. Don't know what they were clearing, but believe they were trenching. Chain shot and bar bent. I will pick up a bar when I am in town tomorrow.
Put the 20" bar on the 254. Hope Walt has some stuff to try it out.
See you all in a couple of days.

Son certainly needs some problems taken care of... The 20" may be a bit much but it will still cut; albeit a bit slower.

That ported 254 will handle it no problem. That’s what I would run on it :dex:

My bad. I was simply thinking the MS 250. Duh... Sometimes I'm slow.

I get by with a 20” on my 445, and while I may not win any races, it suits me just fine.
