The magnesium is in the car. I have another here thats full size so I'll share the wealth. It needs to be thin pieces. It clogs of saws all blades.
Tree Monkey 661 Check XS 500i Check XS 2153 Check Long enough bars/chains Check Ported saws to deliver Check Lots of gas/erl Check Gotta swing by Fresno/New Bedford first. Should be there about 6 Thursday evening
Hope the forecast is off, rain says gone and plenty of wood gets ... We won't make it, we will be in Nashville visiting my cousin and going here...
Should have good weather Friday, hope we can run saws for awhile. If we get rained out Saturday we can still sharpen chains , BS and eat. I think we have four easy-ups , plus the cabin and the shop. May just leave the splitters and elevators covered and concentrate on getting some of the big stuff cut. The good fellowship with all my woodcuttin friends is the best part of a GTG.
Weather forecast still showing very likely rain Saturday, but only 1/4" total, so might not be a total washout...they were calling for rain all day last Saturday and we ended up with one passing shower.
So is your poncho half on... or is your poncho half off??? If Gene Kelly can dance in the rain, I'm thinking I can cut wood in the rain... OK, maybe light rain!!!
Might have to cancel my trip, the big hemi is leaking something...I am thinking it is the water pump and from the looks of the video you pretty much have to take half the engine apart to change it. First picture are the cheezy potatoes that you most likely won't get to eat.
Aw comeon...just fill er up and leave the cap a lil loose so it can't build pressure, it'll be fine for this lil trip!
Well, can't be sure without seeing the leak rate in person, but unless it's just pouring out, yep I've used this trick a number of times over the years to get home, or even just to get by a lil longer...heck I even put a low pressure cap on my old work beater so it would stop having new leaks in the ole crusty radiator so often! How often and how much do you have to fill it?
Have not filled it, just started this week ( that I noticed). When I stopped to get the mail today, I noticed the trail of drips as I turned into the driveway.
We drove to Duane's in PA with a leaking main seal and fuel dilution problems tonthe tune of 1.1% per 2500 miles. We made it.
