We had an early Thanksgiving at the in laws Sunday and I took the carcass home to make stock. I made a fresh turkey pot pie with fresh vegetables in the Wagner #8 and baked it in the oven.

My incredible cleaning lady saw the pans, she scrubbed the tar out of them and coated them with cooking oil. Not a restoration but the special fry pan looks awesome hanging above the kitchen wall :)

Ok, well I cooked it 60mins at 375* I should have went 75mins, needed to cook more I think. But it was just a bit juicy from the spinich and stuff. "Very tasty"! If I do it again, more cheese, Less lemon juice. But it was good! And I'm sure you can see I like Garlic! :chef:

Yup! Can't go wrong with that one! Nice egg pan for sandwich. Also, small batches of corn bread.

WeldrDave A suggestion for a variation to your potato pan meal. Back the potato, chunked up the same, with herbs and seasonings and wrapped in aluminum foil until done. Pre cook the bacon in the oven. Also sub out the spinach with broccoli. Go very light with the vinegar and lemon. And as you suggested, a bit more cheese. Assemble in your fry pan. Then bake it off until the broccoli is cooked to your desire.

Nice pan, and it looks like it was well used.

Those would make nice personal chicken pot pie pans. Hmmm, ideas now...
