Well I would love to but it is snowing like a son of gun right now with about 30 mph winds. Maybe later. I should have taken those pics when I did the cuttin, my bad.
Instead of buying some of those concrete pavers I am going to start using some of the rock around this place and cut them up.
Not much but they will hold my firewood up off the ground just fine. They might explode if put in a fire.
You are never too far ahead unless the wood is petrifying on you. That easy winter is just a chance to get up on the stacks for the next bad winter. And when the bad winter is over and you are looking at a couple years of dry wood still sitting there it will remind you to never slack back and get caught with ur pants down. Git er dun!
I've only been three years ahead over the last four decades a few times. After joining this club and getting there again, I'm determined to try and stay on the three year plan at a minimum.:stacke:
Nice, with an attitude like that I wonder how you will be able to ever wean yourself off of your addiction. Now next time trying saying, " Can you please tell me when I should stop?"
I came here to the FHC for support and help for my addiction. Instead I only get encouragement to keep using........bar oil.
