So, I picked up another hookaroon, to take out to the farm.

I also picked up both, a cant hook and peavey. Pictures online don't do these Logrite's justice. These things are stout! Couldn't decide which one to get. So I got the longest one, 78", and then got the other in the standard 60" length.

These are going to be nice! I've wanted one for years.

That's a fact. I think it was you, in my other thread talking about them. I can't wait to try them out once the snow melts a bit.

But yes, the plan is definitely to work smarter not harder. I plan on starting chainsaw milling as soon as the snow melts and wanted one for turning logs and helping stage them better.

I also bought a new 12" bar and chain for my 355t, a chain breaker and spinner and 2 100'rolls of Oregon chain, EXL and EXJ.

Sorry about the confusion I was putting out there. Lol

Game changing tools for a hoarder. Five years ago i didnt know either existed. Congrats on the purchase and may they serve you well for many years. Im curious about the longer one. Both of mine are shorter.

    Thanks Brad!

Since I'm 6'5", I figured it might give me a bit more oomph, than the shorter one. I've never used one, no matter the length. So I'm shooting from the hip here.

I'm sure my back will appreciate them significantly.

I tapped on it a few times initially and couldn't get it to expand. Which is why I thought maybe your response got lost somewhere.

Then later I tapped on it and it showed up. I'm sure my tablet was just being wonky and I wasn't with it enough to realize it.

First time you do you will be amazed. The cant hook that is. I get them mixed up. I just call it the log roller now. The leverage and ease at which it rolls a log is really something.
Yeah the few extra inches will make a difference.
