Cooked more burgers, sausage dogs, Vidalia onions, baked beans and wings today... Miz Carol made the ultimate summer dessert...chocolate frosty.... Another beautiful day with our oldest daughter and husband 2 granddaughters and grandson.
We enjoyed a few hours at the water park today... Grandaddy and Vivian Natalie, 15, is our oldest, Vivian our other granddaughter is 7. Our grandson, Zachary is 10, Julie, Natalie, Julie's husband, Ashley and Vivian on the lazy river
Got the evening far going...must be wet wood....... No worries, several yr old herry and pecan...getting ready for s'mores time...
Finally got the wings on... And they're done... S'mores time now... Breakfast time...Miz Carol said she wanted a small pancake, Queen's request granted... A beautiful blessed morning. A loving wife, camp breakfast with cheese sausage dogs, pancakes w/ walt maple syrup, eggs and my coffee.. .
Trying to work a bit smahter... Got tired of dragging the long power cord in and out every time we we left/came back camping. We bought a 10' cord and another surge protector. Going to put a hook on the upright behind the ladder to hang it while we're gone.
Looking at those cooking pics brought back some good memories. Haven't been camping in ages, but food cooked while camping (or for that matter, just cooked over a fire) always tasted better.
