I came across a video yesterday where a guy made a WI butter burger based on Solly's. I've never heard of one before but it looked really good. Who's had one, where did you have it and how many starts out of 10 would you give it?
Yeah, I've heard of them, but they are not local enough for me to go to, unless it's a special trip. I've driven by it thousands of times, on the freeway though, even had a work conference at the holiday inn right by it. Now, I've had butter burgers before, just not that one if the video you watched was the one I'm talking about.

My brother and I used to make what we called "butter burgers" but it was back in the 60's at a little very limited menu café/ice cream shop that the family ran along with what is now called a convenience store. Had a teen center, groceries, candy, PO, gas station, souvenirs, that sort of store. Some guy stopped in and ordered a burger. So, I cooked for him what I liked. Yup, a butter burger. He took a few bits and asked "What is this called and how did you cook it?" I told him just beaming with pride and not thinking mush into it. SOB probably went on to start Culvers!!!! No, I never got a single tip!
I just heard of butter burger sunday at a buddy's place. Unfortunately they were all gone when i got there.
Not even social distancing can stop Tim’s appetite! But procrastination will certainly limit the chances to put a buttery burger in yer belly.... Just kidding brother, I’m sure you’ll get to try a butter burger sooner or later.
