    When I do a summer cleaning, I spray my pots with hi temp dry moly.As far as ceramic,that has to be baked on,and is very fragile,scraping would chip it off.

    If nothing stuck to the ceramic, there's nothing to scrape. Was just a thought.

    It also seems to 'boil down' to the quality of fuel type as well. I have noticed the premium brand I have bought last year is not as good as this year. I probably will change up to my backup brand next purchase.
