    I get more buildup than Jay...Both sides of the burn pot and higher.

    Just ordered my new agitator.... $120.00 to the door (Ouch)

    I would think if you ran the air trim up or opened the damper? You would be fine.

    It's just a pellet stove. 90% of them do not need an agitator.

    Take it out this weekend. Maybe tomorrow morning and watch it. After you open up the damper or increase the air trim

    With the right air balance you should be able to run no problem I would think. Unless you have chit pellets.

    The earlier pellet stoves ran with no agitator from what i remember. Corn mixed with pellets does however need an agitator
