Nice buck! Now, your drag out would've been a lot easier if you field dressed it before you drug it out of the bush.
Generally I kick out the guts right where the deer fell, but I thought it shouldn't be too much worse to drag out, get some nice photos, extra hands to hold deer parts. And then do the field dressing. As I said, the wind kicked up and so did the snow, and we were in blizzard conditions. The truck tracks were blown in already when we left the field by the same route.
I gave his rack a measure, ballpark 130 with 5 deducted if I did it halfway right. No matter, can't eat antlers so it's all good.
