    I run the regular Google browser on my Samsung S4 with no problems whatsoever.

    Just because one runs Android it doesn't mean their browser on the phone is the same as the browser on another Android phone. There are plenty of browsers out there and they all have options that can keep old stuff coming back at you if you don't understand how their cache systems are setup.

    Usually a simple page reload using the reload page facility will cause a cached page to be refreshed from the web, even this has a gotcha if you are using the browser behind a proxy or a cloud based acceleration system such as Puffin (an Android Browser).

    That last paragraph smokey has me scratching my head...I have no idea what your talking about there. I know what caches are but the rest is beyond me.
