    Those are normal temp fluctuations as the stove does its thing to maintain the temp setting you have configured. Are you running the stove in room temp or constant burn mode? Just curious, it will fluctuate like you are seeing either way..

    I'm cranking it maxed out in both modes but still see a huge fluctuation in stove temp.

    Does it fluctuate higher or lower before or after the buzzing noise of the auger starting to feed pellets?

    Like that kevin upgraded stove.Also appears he figured out the poor install problem.Also like the fact he is airing his questions better.But above statement-cranking it maxed in both modes,well pellet stoves with this type of programming(others are different) have a very slow response time.Probably done for differences in pellets,and installs.If it is burning clean,and has good heat,all is well.Congrats,kevin on the big stove,I think you will like it for many years.
