Saturday it was supposed to rain So I went shooting clays with Chuck. It was hot and humid on the walk around the course. Sunday with the rain out of the forecast we went to a car show in Clinton Township MI K of C hall. Black top parking lot had been recently been seal coated so we picked a spot on the edge of the lot with a grass strip and set up our canopy. Still it was 91F under it, worse for those who set up in the lot. I forgot to put the card in the camera so won't bore ya'll with pictures. Monday we got up early enough to wake the birds and drove to Climax Michigan founders day car show. We picked a grassy feild to park at the schools sports complex and wondered later if I should have picked my way thru the trees in the picnic area to park as some did. At 1:00 PM the temp readding under our canopy was 93F, Lady next to us said her phone said 94% humidity. I think her phone was full of crap because Kares phone said only 62% at 2:30 PM. Saturday we brought home the peoples choice Trophy, Monday we olny got the farthest traveled plaque. Yes I did have the card in the camera this time but need to up load the pictures. Fri - extra warm, Sat hot, Sunday Blast furnace, Monday back down to extra hot. Sunday mowed 1.5 acres. My back and mower do not get along- Monday was a long day. Farmer - creeping well over the lot line with the plow on my land ( Friday) - actually ran over the t-posts that mark it , so late Monday after it cooled down below 85 I set a bunch of 8x16x16 concrete blocks stacked up as lot line markers - Maybe he will get the hint. I will have to re shoot the property line and set new T-posts this week - if I can get some help - takes 2 to shoot the line. Good thing the survey co. sank some 4 footers in up to the heads on the 2 corners. Plow did not rip those out. Guy must be color blind -T posts were bright Red. Just shy of 700ft by 12 wide
