I have a modulating pellet boiler as opposed to a stove. I have not noticed any significant difference in the different brands I've burned. To me spending over $300 per ton seems ludicrous but I understand it's different with stoves.

In my stove, chows are only 5 degrees hotter than north Americans, and heat'rs are hotter than both of them! The chows are small and feed faster than the na's also, but the ash is much less. Different stoves, different results I guess.

heat level three exchanger air temps:
    NA-240 degrees f
    Chows-245 degrees f
    Heat'rs-255 degrees f

Heat'rs are the only brand I've burned this year stove on stove temp mode 4 fan on low living room temp is 76* on a cold rainy raw day , bottom line they are working for me.

I have found most pellets are about the same heat if they were feeding at the same rate. Biggest difference to me is the ash levels.

Should you add Nations Own and Nations Choice to this? I know I get confused by them as to which is good and which isn't. And how about NEWP?

The OP wanted a quick down and dirty screen shot for a smart phone to use while searching for quick reference. We could do what ever you'd like. But we could add and post in another format. (PDF-TXT Ect.) But I don't think we can post microsoft formats like XLS or Doc's.

Sub I can add the NO or NC, But I don't think anyone has burned them to add the hot or not. Or did I miss them?

I thought I read comments on here about both of them, especially the Nations Own being better than the Choice. I'm ok with leaving them off. I don't see most of these pellets anyway.

But I don't think the forum software will let us upload to the threads. Of the excel and docs I have, None were recognized when I searched the files after I used the upload file button to link to a post/thread.

I liked the N own better than the old N choice, But the choice is supposed to be new this season. Not confirmed either that I recall, As we haven't got the UPC code from a bag yet. But I am expecting "Not" for the N choice
