NOS never run, still has the caps on fuel and exhaust. Was inside on a pallet rack then put out in the weather. Don't know if it's stuck, full of water or???? I gave $200 for it.
I'm a sucker for brushed 4 pole 1800 rpm gennys.

If water didn't get in through unfinished connections somehow, I bet it's fine. For years we had those Onans on top of our fire engines and ladder trucks - the newer trucks have hydraulically-driven generators now. Some had a minimal cover over them but many were exposed just like yours is. They were out all the time in all kinds of weather, and held up well. Nice find, good luck!

All of the electric boxes are quite open around the bottom so fingers crossed.
Years ago around here they were the main one on top of service trucks that didn't have a welder/generator.
Honestly I'm surprised that the welders stand up to our salty Wisconsin winters.
