One thing I remember Jamie telling me about buying the boiled peanuts from roadside vendors...Stay away from anyone that uses galvanized tubs/pails/garbage cans to boil them in!
Thats some good advice right there. I love boiled peanuts I like to make cajun boiled peanuts so they have a nice little kick to them. Im all alone here for eating them though so I dont make them much usually just stop at the country store down the way and get a couple quarts for a snack.
