    Ok, folks. I'm seeing ads n such for a Blue Max saw.
    I take it this is a Chinese cheapie?
    Sure is inexpensive.

    Runs something like 25/1? Wow. Reminds me of Pop's old homelite. That thing ran 16/1, and one did not worry about skeeters whilst using it.

    It's the same saw as the Earthquake (or fill in other names here /Devin Pro is another one/Richmond/etc)

    Many Chinese brands of these 45 cc, 41 cc, and 38 cc units. It's not a bad saw, but don't overpay for it. Some of the cheaper models use cheaper parts that don't have the quality of the Earthquake/Redmax (all of these saws are copies of the Redmax line up).

    They were even new at Menards. Like 129 under. China copy of redmax saw.
