    That's some nice looking stuff. Did the 550 come with a 16" bar? Or is that just for the fun of it? You get more cutting speed out of it that way?

    October is a 3 paycheck month, and I don't need to spend the extra one on fuel oil this year. :D I know I shouldn't, :emb: but I feel a case of some CAD coming on... :saw::saw:

    Oooooh I LOVE oak.....Zap you're gonna love it too. It downright SPOILS you as a wood burner once it's seasoned correctly.

    Nice haul Honeyfuzz.......nice toys there too!!

    Looks like some of those rounds are pretty good size and heavy I bet too....:tears:

    I got it with the 16 inch setup... Because it balanced the weight of the saw just right... And it is indeed zippy as all get out :). The funnest saw ive ever had ... And ive had a few :) lol.
    Get one... And your sure to be impressed :)

    Be thankful for those big rounds. The wood piles up faster! And I know it wasn't too tough on that saw. I too got a saw with a 16" bar but could have got it with an 18" or 20". Most put a 20" on but I just did not feel that I needed a bar that long. If we'd have needed it, that is how we would have had the saw set up when we got it. I was interested in keeping as much weight off the saw as I could because of that cussed back of mine.
