Made it through the night. Took two little power naps. Last piece of meat just hit the deck. The turkey was the last to go in. Briskets are starting to get a good bark on them.
One of the first three to come off the smoker. This was a very small one, 3.5lb brisket. Served with a brunch my mom made.
You paiged? Man that looks like a lot of work very well done, not easy to coordinate and time all of that to come off at the right time!
It was a lot of work for sure, that list helped a lot though. I really enjoy smoking meat so I had a good time.
Here’s a few more pics, food was amazing and I was exhausted. After dinner I loaded the fire and passed out.
