Bicycle Ride Around Lake Michigan

Thanks for sharing! Memories you’ll have forever. That must have been quite the feeling when you got back to your truck! Have a cousin that road his bike from Portland Oregon to bar harbor Maine. Also ran into a guy doing the same ride when camping at the straits of Mackinac years ago. Quite an adventure. I like the idea of your trip better. Perhaps some day! Did it take as long as you suspected?

 

A bit longer because of weather. In terms of weather we had it all. Cold, rain storms, 30mph head winds and blistering heat. Having said that it was still a great trip. Met several fellow travelers and saw some unique parts of of this country.
