If your overall diameter is different, yes. If you keep it the same, it won't change the speedometer's reading

yes, as long as you actually say it. You can change tire sizes and keep the same diameter, or you can change your tire size and change the diameter. two different things, but I knew what you meant. Not everyone would though.

I do actually. there's one in town. it's a dually that's lowered and has chrome wheels. I think it's ridiculous. right down to the spike chrome lugnuts.
