We've gotten lucky the past couple days. Today we are only going to get heavy rains from noon to 6pm. Yesterday, there were three cars parked by the one river here that's open all year for trout fishing. Fly fishing in winter is a true sign of love and dedication to the sport. If it got into the 60s I might consider it because the stream is so low right now. Frigid water mid-thigh high with 30° outside temps ain't exactly what I'd call fun. Then again, it beats work. For now, I'll just sit here and look out the window.
