    Did you flip the bar after sharpening? Was the bar removed just prior to the problem surfacing? If it has, I would suspect plugged oil hole on the bar.

    Make sure the bar groove isn't gunked up. Scrape it out with a small screwdriver. An amazing amount of junk builds up in there and will impede oil flow. Do that while you have the bar off checking the oiler hole flow.
