TSC or Husky from Lowe's because they're cheap and close.

I have been using this the last 5-6 years with no problems in my saws. It has a nice tackifier in it to keep it on the chain. i use 3-4 gallons a year. $10.50 at my stihl dealer. It's available at autozone and advance auto parts.

All I’ve used for the last few years as well. I think it works quite well. I can pick it up at my local family owned hardware store for $9.99 a gallon individually or $8.49 a gallon by the case.

Okay, I'm gonna chime in with what I think might be the most unique situation. My buddy works for the household hazardous waste division of a neighboring county. Not only do I NEVER buy bar and chain oil, but I get essentially any type of chemical I ever need for free (Simple Green, WD40, PB Blaster, mix oil, windshield washer fluid, lamp oil, citronella oil...). I've gotten over 40 gallons of b/c oil since spring, and have given half of it away. If any of you are ever in my area, I'll be happy to hook you up...
