I've seen 3-4 different companies get the contract to run it. Some are more lenient than others at even letting wood leave. This "new" company bought out the former company that had the contract.
I get to know the guys there...boss. backhoe operator etc. then new ones come along. At least these guys were cool with letting me taking wood. I don't go there often and would haunt it more if I more time.

 

On its last legs. I am mind full the rare occasion I do flip flops logs onto it.
