    Saw this on FB.
    1. Oreo's
    2. Brownie mix
    3. Peanut butter
Preheat oven to 350f, Follow direction on brownie mix
    Layer Oreo with peanut butter
Set in cupcake papers in muffin pan.
    Pour brownie mix over each
Bake 20 min. Or until done
    Who can resist this.
I would top with ice cream and drizzle with chockolate sauce.

This I think is my next project after I get over my summer cold. Chocolate and brownies are good for cold, aren't they?

Just remember, it's only the first bite that's bad for ya'.
The rest are calorie free.
The only problem, is that the 1st bite has a full month's calories........so, there's that to think about.:D

Ok, today I am posting 3 good ones for you. Very Easy. The 7 up biscuit is light and fluffy. Only way we make them now.
The Apple cake is very tasty. I heat it up and put a topping on it like vanilla ice cream. Remember that is used baking powder, not baking soda. The Road house rolls we have yet to make, but the reviews are outstanding.

OOOOOH, you are killing me. A couple of days home sick and I gained weight reading your posts here. I am going to try the brownie cupcakes for our next potluck as I am sure I will eat them all if they stay home.

When you can't sleep that is a great thing to do! Cook. And maybe have a cold beer to go with.

Like this. I have one with interchangeable screens. These are great for running pea soup through to smooth it out more.

Pepperoni Roll - I bring them to every football party, they get devoured and everyone wants me to come back - don't know why
Take less than 30mins to make, preheat oven to whatever is on the dough package 350-400?
1lb deli pepperoni sliced thin - don't buy the bagged stuff on the shelf
    1 thin Pillsbury pizza crust
    1 beaten egg
1lb mozzarella or Italian cheese blend
    Italian seasoning blend

Lay dough flat on some flour, brush entire surface with egg, lay out pepperoni, sprinkle Italian seasoning, cheese and then some more seasoning.
Roll up and seal the edges, I turn my oven to convection bake and turn the pan after 10-12 mins, then should be golden brown in ~20-22mins.
Slice with a bread knife and enjoy plain or dip in marinara.
