One of my favs is pumpkin rolls. That is why I tried to make these. I wanted mini versions to store easily and have small portions.
They looked real good. Glad you are having fun baking all those goodies. Hope you have hungry neighbours to share with.
Came home for lunch today and found out that campinspecter had made Apple Crisp. MMMMMM was it good warm and now I am having some with whipping cream.
It's my wife's birthday/Christmas party this afternoon. I made the yearly Buche de Noel for her. We cheated by eating the cut off pieces and extra frosting. Another birch log again this year with marzipan mushrooms. We have a nice minty ice cream to go with it.
As always a great job and it looks good enough to eat. Perfect Firewood hoarders birthday cake. I should have thought of that for Campinspecter. Maybe next year!!!

Gluten free pumpkin chocolate chip oatmeal honey muffins...with a side of blueberry maple chicken sausage.
Been awhile for this thread. Did a little pie making yesterday for a fundraiser at the kids school. I saved the three little ramekin ones for me.
